Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

A: We ship worldwide. The shipping time depends on each individual country. Standard shipping method [5€] usually takes around 6-16 days to arrive to all EU countries, and 5-9 days to USA.

Fast shipping method [20€] is shipped with DHL express and it roughly requires 3-5 business days to arrive once your parcel has left our fulfillment center.

Q: CAN I RETURN THE BOUGHT ITEMS?

A: Items bought on zozocouture.com will gladly be accepted for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. 

In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange. 

Any international returns received later than 60 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender. 

Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS TO YOU OFFER?

A: We offer various different payment methods. You select the prefered one at checkout. You can choose between paying with a credit card, iDeal, SOFORT Banking, GiroPay or you can choose to pay in instalments in two ways:

1. Pay with Splitit payments. This is a safe way of paying your invoice in monthly instalments. You can easily create an account with Splitit, add your credit card and create your payment plan. You can choose between paying in monthly instalments from 2 to 12 months.

Q: MY COUPON CODE IS NOT WORKING. WHY?

A: If you are having difficulties with your coupon code please contact us as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions.

A: Yes! Gift cards are available online. Once purchased an email will be sent to you on how to redeem our gift card. 

Q: I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

A: In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition [we're truly sorry!] Please contact our team with a photo of the damage before sending the product back. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner.
